Information we collect

When you use the contact or RFQ form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, technical requirements, destination and end-use information, and any attachment. We also process limited technical information needed to prevent abuse, including a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for rate limiting.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to assess and respond to your request, communicate with potential suppliers where relevant to the inquiry, coordinate technical and commercial evaluation, and maintain a record of correspondence. We do not publish submitted specifications or attachments.

Storage and access

When the hosting form service is configured, inquiry details and attachments are handed to the hosting mail server for delivery to a designated recipient. The hosting provider and recipient mailbox may retain copies. Submission confirmation means the mail server accepted the message; delivery to the inbox must be verified separately.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably needed to address the request and maintain relevant business records, subject to applicable obligations. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

International communications

For sourcing inquiries, relevant technical and commercial details may need to be shared with manufacturers or suppliers in other countries. We limit this to information reasonably necessary for the stated request and review applicable restrictions before sharing sensitive scope.
